Other versions of the 33 were equipped with the same Boxer 1.7 16V engine:
a four wheel drive named 33 16V QV Permanent 4 (QV)
and a later model named 33 16V Q4
(more or less a QV Permanent 4 with cat).
Because of the permanent four wheel drive this car was a little bit slower
(max speed and acceleration) and fuel consumption was slightly higher too.
Also there were the corresponding station wagons (by Pininfarina):
the 33 16V Sportwagon and the 33 16V Sportwagon Q4.
The main differences between the standard 16V
and the 16V Quadrifoglio Verde were mostly
aestethical: a rear spoiler plus some other aero add-ons and racing-looking
interiors.
Mechanically the 16V Quadrifoglio Verde
had four disc brakes (ABS opt) and stiffer springs and shocks.
